The new paint option is described by Harley-Davidson in three descriptors – motion, speed and colours. The graphics which are inspired by the Indy Mile race are likened to the blurring motion that a moving XR 750 makes under lights. The graphics are seen to ‘come to life’.
The graphics feature sweeping lines on the fairing and on the tank. This is described as communicating speed. Even when the motorcycle is stationary.
